Nonlinear Modeling of Subsidence From a Decade of InSAR Time Series

چکیده
We present a model of ground subsidence due to soil consolidation within coastal reclaimed land constructed in early 2001, Busan, South Korea. estimate 42 cm maximum during the period interferometric synthetic aperture radar observations, and 1 m or more subsidence, since end construction phase reclamation project. A hyperbolic was used relate three independent time series nonlinear behavior subsidence. The estimates rate acceleration −5.7 cm/year 1.1 cm/year2, respectively. decomposition vertical east-west horizontal motion using Sentinel-1 dataset indicates relatively weak partial displacement as well substantial deformation overall. long-term analysis ongoing although almost two decades have passed completion reclamation.

Anatomy of Subsidence in Tianjin from Time Series InSAR
Groundwater is a major source of fresh water in Tianjin Municipality, China. The average rate of groundwater extraction in this area for the last 20 years fluctuates between 0.6 and 0.8 billion cubic meters per year. As a result, significant subsidence has been observed in Tianjin. In this study, C-band Envisat (Environmental Satellite) ASAR (Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar) images and L-band...

Land Subsidence Evaluation Using Insar Time Series Analysis in Bangkok Metropolitan Area
There has been increasing interest over the last few years in the use of radar interferometry for land subsidence evaluation/monitoring. InSAR time series algorithms such as PSI and small baseline methods offer the possibility to measure ground displacements to a degree of accuracy comparable to traditional geodetic technique such as leveling. This preliminary work reveals the potential of time...
